Denver Lube Partners dba Quaker Steak & Lube, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agree as follows:

The Company may conduct the contest concurrently and simultaneously on multiple participating radio stations owned or not owned by the Company. The bike giveaway will be promoted on the radio stations and other media outlets including social media. The radio stations do not have any involvement directly with the bike giveaways.

Quaker Steak and Lube, 10392 Reed St., Westminster, CO. 80021 and Sun Harley-Davidson®, 8858 Pearl St., Thornton, Colorado 80229 will be the participants in this promotion.

A. Dates of contest: The contest will begin Wednesday May 6th, 2015 and end on September 30th, 2015.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning are based on 600 participants/qualifiers. Ten qualifiers will be chosen at every bike night at Quaker Steak and Lube (5/6 - 9/16) with 20 qualifiers being picked at Quaker Steak & Lube on 9/23. You will also be able to qualify to win the 2015 Street 750 Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle at several events throughout the summer with Sun Harley-Davidson® (See Sun Harley-Davidson® for further details).

B. You may register each week (5/6-9/23), once per week, during Quaker Steak and Lube's Bike Nite located at 10392 Reed St., Westminster, CO 80021. Registration is open 4:00pm until 8:00pm each Wednesday night.

C. Employees of Quaker Steak & Lube Westminster, CO., Sun Harley-Davidson®, Sun Enterprises and vendors taking part in the 2015 Bike Nite season are not allowed to be qualified for the 2015 Bike giveaway (this includes family of those affiliated with the Bike Nite Season).

1. Registration begins at 4:00pm in the lobby of Quaker Steak & Lube.
2. Registration ends promptly at 8:00pm in the lobby of Quaker Steak & Lube.
3. After registration has closed and no later than 8:30pm ten (10) entries will be drawn as qualifiers to win the 2015 Street 750 Harley-Davidson (20 qualifiers on 9/23). The drawing will be held by the DJ or band at Quaker Steak & Lube.
4. Potential qualifiers MUST be present at 8:30pm for the drawing in order to become an official qualifier (Photo ID may be required).
5. If your name gets picked to become an official qualifier, you will have two minutes to make your presence known in order to receive your key card. If not, another name will be picked.
6. You may qualify every Wednesday at Quaker Steak & Lube, but not more than once per Wednesday. If your name gets drawn twice during the Wednesday night drawing, you will be disqualified for that week.
7. If you qualify to win the 2015 Street 750 Harley-Davidson, you will receive a key card that will need to be validated at Sun Harley-Davidson® (8858 Pearl St., Thornton, CO 80229) within seven days. The card signifies you qualified that week only. You must keep your validated key card until the date of the giveaway (9/30 or the rain date of 10/7).
8. This key card will be used as your entry for the final drawing.
9. Qualifying on multiple weeks increases your chance to make the final raffle on the giveaway night of 9/30 with a rain date of 10/7. You may not be in the Top 10 more than once.
10. A 10% food discount is included on the qualifier card when showing it to a QS&L employee on any bike night.
11. Quaker Steak & Lube and Sun Harley-Davidson® are NOT responsible for lost or stolen qualifier cards. LOST OR STOLEN QUALIFIER CARDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
12. The combined list will become the list of "Official Qualifiers" for the prize on 9/30 (rain date of 10/7).
13. The Grand Prize giveaway for the 2015 Street 750 Harley-Davidson® motorcycle (Valued at $7,499) will be held on September 30th, 2015. (Rain date will be October 7th, 2015). Various other prizes will be given to the 29 runner-ups to the Grand Prize.

1. Grand Prize - 2015 Street 750 Harley-Davidson® motorcycle - Value: $7,499
   The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Sun Harley-Davidson®, however reserves the right to discuss a cash trade for the bike winner or possibly trade its value determined by Sun Harley-Davidson® towards something else of equal or more value. Winner(s) must present state authorized identification prior to being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from Sun Harley-Davidson® within 60 days of the contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility and Limitations - Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents, at least 21-years old and must have valid proof of state identification. Unless otherwise stated above, only one (1) entry per person per week. Employees of the Company, the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
3. Publicity; Use of Personal Information - By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
4. Release - By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
5. Taxes - Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Bike winners are responsible to pay all taxes and title transfers through Sun Harley-Davidson®.
6. Conduct and Decisions - By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Company reserve the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Miscellaneous - Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. A copy of the rules can be requested at anytime through Quaker Steak & Lube or Sun Harley-Davidson®. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.
8. Compliance with Law - The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
