Just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for how your Dealership is ran. Weve been in three times in the last month as my younger brother shops for his first bike. Your staff has always been welcoming and friendly. A special thanks to Ranger whom has taken his time to answer all our questions, and deals with us with complete patience. Had been looking and reviewing new Low Rider ST. Also looking at Dealerships that had them or were getting them. Contacted Sun HD and spoke with Ranger in Sales. Very helpful and straight forward about current inventory and what they might be getting. Submitted a deposit. Ranger kept me up to date on delivery of 2023 Bikes, and pricing. Traveled to Denver and made purchase of Low Rider ST last week. Have dealt with different Dealers in last 19 years of Riding different bikes including four HDs. Had a great experience at Sun HD. Ranger and Staff very helpful and accommodating. Would consider them for any future purchases.

We (Greg and Amy Bohn) purchased a 2017 Ultra Limited from Sun on Sat 10/23/21. We just wanted to express our gratitude to our salesman Steve. During the week leading up to Saturday, Steve was extremely helpful and professional in the process that eventually led to us trading in our 2 currently owned bikes for a new upgrade. Upon meeting Steve on Saturday, we couldn't have been more pleased with how attentive he was to our needs (some emotional) and gaining knowledge of the new motorcycle and we really appreciate Steve's help with making our big day even better. Worked with Liza she's great. Very helpful not pushy helped me look for something that worked just right for me. I told her what I was looking for and she didn't try to put me on something I didn't like or want. I will definitely go back for future purchases. Everyone was friendly.

John Queen sold me my Dyna custom in 2019. John showed me lots of bikes, listened to what I wanted and was professional and respectful. Ill be back to buy again from Sun and John Queen!

I attended the first Women Who Wrench event and I learned so much! I really didn't know how much I DIDNT know. Just needed to say thanks to Mr.Apodaca in service and the team there. Came up from Texas to ride and busted a throttle cable and you guys actually had both cables and slipped me in and got me and Brother-in-law back in the road the same day we got to your dealership. Otherwise it would have been wasted trip! Mr Apodaca recommended some rides and food stops that were must hits and they were great recommendations!! Unfortunately we had to leave a few days later and return to the mess Harvey left in the Houston area but thanks to your team our short time there was a good one. Great work guys. My 3rd week of traveling and I began having electrical issues. I limped in to Sun Harley Davidson after an initial stop at another dealer where I did not feel comfortable. My deep appreciation to all the staff working that day at Sun who went out of there way to get me to the shop while a street event was taken place. Everyone made me feel at home and had me serviced and on the road by early afternoon the following day. Special thanks to Rick in parts who assisted me on the phone initially and tracked down someone in service to get me taken care of. Thanks also to the young lady manning the phones who watched my items while I waited for a ride. Special thanks to Dale and his staff in service who took care of my needs, made the necessary repairs and even secured my trailer overnight. They even cleaned my road grimed bike to where I almost didn't recognize it, LOL. Plus, the cost (never cheap wherever you go) was less than quoted from another dealership! I thanked each person for their efforts and hospitality. I will also return here even if just to drop by and say hello. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in, even if to just meet the staff. They were awesome.

This review has more to do with customer service than quality of acessories. Gary Mansfield helped me with a rainsuit the last part of January. After trying on sizes,he had to order in a suit. He said 2 to 4 wks. if I remember right. Couples wks. he called, pants were in, no jacket. No problem, still snowing, call when jacket is in. Second wk. Of May he called, jacket no longer made in size I ordered. Couple days latter I said order in a smaller size. You called,it was in. All fit, I'm happy.

Gary went above and beyond his job, to keep in touch with distribution as to the status of my order. Said he called other places to see if they had one, ECT.

I give Gary 10 stars out of 5 for his diligence on my order over almost four months!

I have always been extremely pleased with my interactions with Sun Harley. As a woman I am a respected rider and no question is treated with disrespect or disdain. I love that you offer events geared towards women and making them more comfortable in the world of motorcycling. I appreciate the openness and the acceptance.

The experience of buying the new bike was simply awesome. Ron has assembled a fine crew of professionals that made the Bike purchase easy. Bryan was very helpful with the decision making never pushing and willing to show all the variations and options. Reed with his vast experience was honest, forth coming with detailed answers to questions. Roxy in finance and Bryan stepped up and did an absolute amazing job with finance getting me the best rate.

Overall I've never felt more comfortable during a buying experience and walked away feeling totally satisfied.

My recent experience with your customer service team, Wayne and Troy in particular was outstanding. I had a battery failure and they sent out the trailer to bring my bike in within a couple of hours. While they were at it, I asked if they could remove a bolt that I stripped and replace it. This turned out to be more effort than I had imagined but they took it all in stride and sent me on my as quickly as possible without maxing out my credit card as others seem to do. You are not the closest dealer to me (I have tried the closest a couple of times), but you are the best and so I am more than willing to go the extra miles.

I knew what I wanted on my bike and Sales Manager Reed Holmes made sure it happened. Sometimes the paperwork can be a hassle, but not at Sun, and particularly not working with Roxanne Baca. I will never in my lifetime buy another motorcycle from anyone but Sun Harley. I have purchased three Harley Davidson motorcycles in the past few years. Two of them from Sun. My one regret is the one I did not. A year or so ago I purchased a CVO Ultra Classic from a dealer up north. I do not regret buying it at all I just wish my loyalty would have been more solid with Sun. Now to the reason I came back. Reed is not only a great salesman, he is a better man. Relationships is all that is left when this life is over. I know it sounds corny but never again will I buy a Harley from another salesman. I don't care if I live in Russia, I will have it shipped from Sun. I am sure that this is not a new thing with Reed, he is well known in this world. Take care of him and reward him for his hard, dedicated and loyal work for this great company we call Harley Davidson. He is an amazing embassador! My wife and I came in to just look around the store, Brian in sales aproched us and after visiting with him for a while we decided to see how we would come out on a new bike. Long story short we came away with what we thought was a good deal and the staff at Sun Harley davidson were very friendly, and helpful. This includes sales, the sales manager, financing Dan in parts. We left there on Saturday morning with a new Ultra Classic that so far we are very pleased with and a good feeling from the dealership.

We will be back to buy parts and accessorys from Sun Harley, by the way we drove past 3 dealerships on our way from Greeley to Sun Harley and one of them we had delt with before on a bike.
